If you visit the Bianfishco fish farms, situated on the opposite side of the famous River Hau, our splendorous facilities resemble more like European royal villa stretched along the picturesque river, than a fish factory. That’s because our company Director, Madame Dieu Hien, envisioned a work place that also felt like a luxurious “second home” for 5,000 employees to spend their days. This commitment is reinforced by our ongoing efforts in the areas of employment, promotion and hiring international consulting services to train our staff to enhance their skills and relations at home and at work. Bianfishco understands that when the basic life needs of our employees are met, they are motivated to higher levels of productivity. In fact, we have recently added several foot massage pools for all our staff to enjoy between their shifts. Thus, allowing our team to rest their minds and bodies throughout the day.

FISH FARM IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Behind the sprawling Bianfishco facilities are 98 lush acres of fishponds that has controlled water flow from the River Hau. The ponds look like a farmer’s dream environments with exotic fruit trees and blooming flowers year round. Our fish are fed only natural feeds made of rice bran, soybean meals and fibers, all of which do not contain any GMO (genetically modified organism). We do not use any additives, chemicals or medicine in fish farming. In keeping with our natural food philosophy, this is a quality assurance from our family to you.

BIANFISHCO QUALITY FARM

Top quality fish begins at the quality fish farm. Everything starts out at the natural water source. We farm mostly at ponds where we can control our water source and constantly monitor the fish feed and growth. The stock we use is carefully controlled and ecologically farmed, that means we refrain from aggressive methods in fish farming like the overuse of chemicals or GMO (genetically modified organisms) manipulation of our fish. Bianfishco fish are raised in controlled hatcheries and we ensure through our own Aquaculture Management team, that we give you only the best Pangasius that we had farmed in harmony with nature.
