Our Quality Assurance (QA) department is directly responsible for the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products. We manage the fish from the moment it arrives at our facilities from the trimming, to freezing and packaging with utmost care. Our staff follows the strictest guidelines for seafood handling. We work with the international Safety and Health Authorities that oversee seafood quality as well as the State and local health agencies which periodically inspect our facilities. A competitive advantage to Bianfishco, our on-site Quality Assurance Laboratory with trained experts in fish and seafood safety are present daily to ensure that each department, including receiving, cold storage, processing, and distribution comply with rigorous international safety and quality standards at every stage of production. Bianfishco has continually surpassed international food safety inspections as well as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States.
